     Due to the high-tech industry product, computer, people have a great helper to make their our life more convenient. Computers can do what people do in many fields, so it can reduce manpower. We have many articles machine for daily use that have automated customer services. For instance, vending machines sell many products such as newspaper, drinks, sweets, or cookies. They replace many servants.

     However, there are sides to every question. The convenient technology also has its disadvantages. Firstly, the service is quick and easy to operate, so if people choose their choices hurriedly without thinking clearly, they will make errors all the time. Secondly (not correct), no servants will serve you beside the machine while you are using it. That means if someone doesn't understand the instruction manual procedure, they will get stuck and don't know what to do to solve the problems question. Thirdly (not correct), the automated customer service is controlled by computers. Hackers are easy to can easily access these systems when no good security protections are made.

     All in all, putting our life to a digital environment is a progress, but people still have to tolerate the shortcomings which technology brings to us. We should have more ways to settle those problems, and then we will enjoy our life much more.
