Do you agree with the following statement: It is better to be a member of a group than to be a leader of a group. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

[From my perspective, it is better to be a member of a group. Composing a group needs someone to be a leader.] make into one sentence. If the group is big, then the leader needs to do more to maintain his or her group, so it is not easy to hold a group well. A member is the basic company element in a group. Every one in this group is important and essential, for example, the people in a country.

Being a member doesn't have carry the heavy responsibility as a leader's carries. They can share the responsibility with someone else. Then, leaders are capable of organizing things, judging important choices, setting goals for their teams. People with having clear and smart minds are qualified to be a leader.

A member can do his own job well; furthermore, he can contribute his ideas or reflect his thoughts to his boss, or supervisor. He still can learn something from observing his leader.

As for me myself, I prefer to be a member of a group, because I am not an active person and I like to do jobs without pressure in mind. Working under others' orders is easier than to give orders. Doing what I should do is also easier than supervising what the subordinates are doing.

Not everyone can always be a leader in his whole life. Learning to be a good member is also a tough work for every of us. Though a member is plays just the smallest part, but it is like a screw, small but important.
